Ayurvedic rationale
Traditionally used as a gentle, tridoshic digestive tea to support comfortable digestion and reduce bloating. Cumin, coriander and fennel together form a classic tridoshic digestive blend. Cumin is pungent and bitter with a cooling energy that stimulates agni without excess heat; coriander is cooling and purifying; fennel is sweet, cooling and carminative. The combination is traditionally used to kindle digestive fire, ease gas and bloating and gently clear ama while remaining suitable for Pitta.
Nutrition notes
Nutritionally and traditionally valued for their carminative and digestive-supportive properties; the blend is mild enough for daily use. Cumin, coriander and fennel seeds contain essential oils long associated with carminative and digestive-stimulant effects. Generally very safe; those with seed allergies should avoid.
