Kane is operated by Musenzi Solutions, based in Ghent, Belgium. This page explains what personal data we process on kane.musenzi.be and why, in plain language. It applies alongside the Musenzi Solutions privacy notice.
What we collect
- Quiz answers & results. When you take the Constitution Quiz, we save your dosha scores so you can revisit or share the result via a unique link. We do not save the individual questions you answered.
- Basic technical logs. Standard web-server logs (IP, browser, page requested) for a limited period to keep the site secure.
- Optional accounts (future). If we introduce accounts, only the fields you fill in.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
- We don't share your quiz result with anyone unless you share the link yourself.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Email hello@musenzi.be and we'll respond within 30 days.
Data processors
We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database) that process data on our behalf inside the EU/EEA whenever possible.
