Why "Kane"?
Kane means strong and alive. It also nods to the Japanese kane no mi — the idea that wellbeing is the real currency. We liked that. It captures what we want the platform to help you build: quiet, daily strength that comes from being at home in your body.
Our principles
- 01Traditional wisdom, clearly labelled. When we quote Ayurveda, we say so. When we cite research, we say so.
- 02No hype, no fear. No cure-alls, no scary claims. Just gentle, grounded practice.
